Some ways to be a better man
You may be a great guy and have good intentions, but until you become the man that you know you can and should be, people won’t rush to show you more respect.
This is a subject that I know a lot about because it is something I went through myself. I went from being a man who was overlooked for promotions at work, rejected by women and ignored by friends to a man who is running his own successful business for the last nine years and yes, even the ladies have noticed Along the way, I have learned a lot about what it takes to be more respected as a man
.
Don’t Crumble Under Pressure
One of the things that I learned as a leader in the corporate world was that there are always times when situations become challenging and overwhelming. During those times, most people get emotional, feel stressed out, worry, panic, argue and generally crumble under the pressure. However, the true leaders and those who are the most respected by others are the ones who, no matter how much chaos is going on around them, can still say, “Okay, this is the situation and this is what we’re going to do about it” or, “Okay, this is the situation and this is what I am going to do about it.”
They remain strong, clear-headed and don’t crumble under pressure. They see a situation for what it is and work on ways to improve, correct or fix it. People naturally respect, admire and look up to those who can remain strong under pressure. So the more than you can avoid crumbling under pressure in any situation, the more respected you will be as a man.
Give, But Also Expect Respect in Return
Selfish men don’t win the respect of other people; most people secretly hate those who are selfish or self-centered. However, many people also dislike those who give way too generous and allow themselves be taken advantage of. You should definitely be a giving man; you should help, you should support and you should try to help others succeed and achieve, but you should also expect respect in return.
If you are offering tremendous value in a work environment, then ask for a raise or to be considered for a higher position. If you are a great friend, expect and even demand that your friends show you respect and behave nicely towards you. Expect the respect. Don’t give continuously and think that everyone will love you for it. That isn’t the way human psychology works. People respect those who assume positions of respect, while also being good to those who are showing them respect. A classic example is the parent/child relationship: If a mother and father treat their child badly and demand respect, the child will usually be unwilling to give it. However, if the mother and father treat the child well and also expect respect, the child will usually give it.

There are two type of happiness. 1st type belong to you and 2nd belong to you by the other's.

When you tried to achieve something or achieving a goal and work at day and night to achieve.
At least a day you successeed in your mission at thats time you will feel very pleasure and excited. Its called happiness.
2nd...
If you helps the others which someone is try to do somthing in his life butt failled. Then you help him for his success and he successeed in his mission.
At this time which you feel by heart and look to the sky and you will say somthing by hearr to ALLAH and simile. That is really happiness which you like' and our ALLAH like.. try to do help other for happiness.
Try to make at least one person happy every day, and then in ten years you may have made three thousand, six hundred and fifty persons happy, or brightened a small town by your contribution to the fund of general enjoyment."

SUMMER SEASON
I am a big nature lover. I always admire the changing character of nature every year. It gives a message to the mankind that nothing is permanent in this world; change is the only permanent thing in life.
So we should never be disheartened with the failures of life as it is not permanent. Generally I like all the seasons that nature brings with this but still my favorite season is summer season because of many reasons.
I like summers because of its hot temperature. Many people hate the hotness that summer brings with it but it’s the main reason behind my love with the summer. I love the blue clean sky & no rains. Even if it rains it’s pleasant and warm. I love walking in the rain because that’s the time when I can forget all my worries and relax myself to the fullest.
I like the long summer days because the day becomes too big and we can finish up lot many things in one single day. I love the warm and short summer nights because we get less time to sleep and more time to do the important things in life.
Though the nights are short but the weather allows us to relax and take a sound sleep. I also like summers because it the only season of beautiful flowers & we gets the opportunity to taste the healthy fruits directly from the gardens.
I have a big garden at my grandparents place. It has many trees like the guava tree, banana tree, papaya tree, mango tree and pomegranate tree. Each year I eagerly wait for the summers to arrive early so that I can have those yummy and healthy fruits at my Grandparent’s garden.
I like summers also because I have long two months summer vacations each year from June to July. I like to travel to visit new places and spending quality time with friends and family on summer vacations. It’s the best time for me to come out of my school’s hectic monotonous life. Throughout my summer vacation I sleep and party a lot. Every year I join my basketball classes because I love basketball.
In the night I go out at the big public garden located near my society with my friends and family. I stay at my Grandparent’s house and help them with the daily rotational activities. My Grandmother is a very good cook and she teaches many delicious dishes. These are few reasons why I love summer season a lot. The aim reason is that it gives me love and happiness which no other season gives.

There are certain things and habits which can destroy the health. With the change of environment many disease take place but with care problems can be controlled. With the increase in the technology people have revolutionized their lifestyle.
Listening music by using headphones is a new trend now days. Headphones or earphones are the sole companions for some of us throughout the day. We listen to music to pass time, while travelling or while working out. But, if you have plugged in for hours, with no breaks, then you need to keep this habit under check. Listening too loud music via earphones, can cause hearing loss.it can create problem in ear. A person may suffer from ear damage.
TV trouble:
Sitting for hours on the bed and watching that TV can put your heart and eyes at risk. Watching too much TV can put you at an increased risk of heart attack, stroke and obesity and eye damage. The more you watch the TV will affect your levels of fat and sugar in your blood.

Chances are, unless we have studied and trained in Prophit's teachings, we probably know very little about the different types of mind, how they are generated and what impact they have on our lives. It is quite difficult for most people to recognize states of mind as they arise, and especially to distinguish between those that are virtuous and those that are non-virtuous. Moreover, we are often at a complete loss as to how we might cultivate the former and abandon the latter. What does understanding the mind have to do with creating a happy life? Happiness and suffering are both merely states of mind. Therefore to truly be free from suffering and enjoy happiness in every moment, it is imperative that we possess a thorough and profound understanding of the mind and how to maintain control over it. This is the best, most reliable way by which we can greatly improve our quality of life both now and in the future.

The Dakar Framework of Action 2000 defined quality of education in terms of recognised and measurable learning outcomes especially in literacy, numeracy and essential life skills. Article 42 of the Expanded Commentary on the Dakar Framework of Action further elaborates that quality education should satisfy basic learning needs, and enrich the lives of learners and their overall experience of living.

Three Types of Effort You Must Make to Achieve Your Goals
Over the years I have come to realize that making an effort is not something I really understand all that well.
In the meditation course I subscribe to, this thought recently arrived in my inbox:
There is no reason that what is meant by self-effort should be vague. It’s just a matter of doing it. If we don’t do anything, then no self-effort is being applied.
What I learned from this – initially – is that there are two different types of effort. I also learned that both are essential if I want to achieve my goals.
Setting a goal is the first type of effort. Doing the actual work required to achieve that goal is the second type of effort.
Truthfully, I am mostly already quite good at the former – goal clarification. I am even good at plotting out the steps towards achieving a goal. But I’m still not good at all at following my own plan by actually doing each of those steps.
In another installment of my meditation course, I received this additional insight on how to get better at goal achievement.
Specifically, the course says this:
When the mind is directed in a way that feels good, then all the universal forces work in our favor. Everything reinforces our own feeling. Everything, including how we are affected by circumstances, is a mirror of our basic feeling. And our basic feeling is determined by our predominant mental attitude.
If we persist in allowing ourselves to think things that make us feel bad – even though we blame these bad feelings on situations and conditions and other people – we are draining ourselves of spiritual energy, misapplying universal law, and inviting further disruption and difficulty into our life. In short, there’s nothing we can do as long as we persist in thinking thoughts that do not feel good.
So – it would seem – it is not optional to control the mind, at least if we want to succeed. And in the context of making an effort to achieve a certain goal, it is particularly important to closely control against thinking the kinds of thoughts that suggest you might never achieve the goal you just set.

No Love Here
I saw a video today that asked a long married couple to express their love for one another without using the word ‘love’.
Hmm.
Sounds interesting.
Can I do that for the people I love? I mean, feel strongly about them, and share that, without using that one word?
Mom: you gave birth to me. How can I possibly feel about that? How can I repay you for what you gave me: Life. Without that no one would be reading this. Or any of the other gazillion words I’ve written. My siblings would not have had their oldest sister to torment and call “Pinky Stinky”. Well, maybe I need to rethink this part. But yes, without you, there is no me.
Siblings: as I just referenced, you all called me Pinky Stinky for years. So, I think I will skip those years. Now that you just call me “Pink” or “Pinky” you are more tolerable. And I look back at my childhood and wouldn’t want to have any other siblings. Mostly because of how you turned out, not because you created horrible nicknames. You were the kickball team in the backyard, the ‘first bounce or fly’ gamers in the street in front of the house. You were the pancake for dinner group that knows what a true and good pancake tastes like. You were the singing group of former non-fame that sang “Dead Skunk In The Middle Of The Road”, “We Don’t Give A Damn For The Whole State of Michigan”, and “Hang Down Your Head Tom Dooley”. As a group we created the “peace sign” movement in the USA by hanging out of the back of dad’s pickup on the interstate flashing the “peace sign” to every semi driver we saw. We may have also been the reason why the USA initiated child safety laws for vehicles.
Friends: what would I do without someone to cuss with? Laugh with? Go on hiking adventures. Go explore. Roll my eyes at the world with. Lament the loss of the world’s common sense with. Praise the good deeds of wonderful people with. Who else but friends would listen to me blather on and on and on. And just listen. Who would I pose questions to that I wouldn’t ask of just anybody? Who would have my back when I didn’t know my back has to be had? Who will tell me the truth when the truth isn’t what I want to hear. You do. My friends.
Children: you gave my life value that nothing else possibly could. You made my heart beat stronger. You made me strive to be powerful. You taught me what it was to be both ferocious, and gentle. You make me want to find the utmost good in the world and surround you with it. You make me want to be the utmost good and surround you with it. You, created a world for me, that did not exist before you.
And this, of course, leads to the Grandchildren: I never thought, after having my own children, that I could experience anything as powerful as that. Yet, I did. There you are. Walking talking heartbeats. With you I know life goes on. I go on. From me, through your parents, to you….I exist. For you I want to clean up this world. For you …. have expanded my world and surprised me with eternity.
Family: You are comfort and strength. Knowing we exist connected by unbreakable bonds makes me feel like the world is fortified just by your existence. Knowing that rippling out there into eternity the ribbons that tie me to family everywhere… It empowers me.
Spouse: My Husband. My friend. I only have to say one word and you will know what it means. And that it means everything. “Most”. Forever and ever amen. Without you I would be less. In your eyes I am absolute. And that, is everything. And everything, is what you do for me, give to me, and are for me.
How in the world did I ever get so blessed to have a life so full of love, even without love, in it.

Some tips for you to treat your dry skin

1. Try Washing With Water Only

And tinkering is being promoted on college campuses from M.I.T. to Santa Clara University, as well as in high schools and elementary schools.

Building something new requires planning, trying and, yes, failing, and then trying again.
“These are incredibly important mind-sets for today’s world,” she said.
Ms. Cator, who served in the Department of Education during the first Obama term, talked excitedly about students who have designed child prostheses. “That’s what they’re going to remember their entire life,” she said. “They aren’t going to remember sitting in an electronics lecture.”

At Rutgers, a bustling maker space can be found in a moldering wood-frame structure on the Livingston campus in Piscataway, N.J. The building once served as the command headquarters for Camp Kilmer, a transportation hub for soldiers mobilizing for World War II; today, the building, still called Headquarters, houses computer repair offices and the division of continuing studies. And upstairs, there are wonders.
On any given day, as many as 20 students could be working on the array of equipment that the center offers training on and time to use, said Stephen M. Carter, who directs the university’s Center for Innovation Education and co-founded the New Jersey Makerspace Association in 2012. Students might be working on a class project, doing “something entrepreneurial” or making Halloween costumes, he said. “We support all of it.”
There are 3-D printers, which can be programmed to create wildly inventive shapes out of plastic or resin (like a decent copy of the Iron Throne from “Game of Thrones” or a bust of Groot from “Guardians of the Galaxy”). There is a laser cutter to etch materials like fabric, marble or wood and cut through plastic. Next door is an electronics shop, with racks upon racks of parts. Close by are drill presses, a router and a key cutter, which Mr. Carter refers to as “our gateway drug,” a piece of equipment neophytes can use to produce something they really need. A common space with couches and a television gives students a place to talk, show off their projects or just hang out.
Mr. Carter cobbled it all together “by hook and crook and grants and saving.”

If you can start seeing every curveball life throws as a chance to practice being stronger, you'll begin accruing wisdom and clarity that you can put to the test when things really get hard.

Identifying Challenges and Setting Goals

Understand what it means to be emotionally resilient. Being emotionally and mentally strong, or resilient, means adapting well to things like stress, trauma, adversity, or tragedy.[1] Resilience is not something you are born with — it is a process that can be learned by anyone, and is found in ordinary people.[2]
Being emotionally strong doesn't mean you don't experience pain or suffering — resiliency is often learned when one is faced with an extremely painful situation. What it does mean is that you learn to rebuild or "bounce back" from these experiences.[3]
To develop resiliency, you will want to focus on building particular skills, such as: making plans and carrying them out, developing confidence and a positive view of yourself, learning to manage strong feelings and impulses, and learning to communicate and problem solve efficiently.[4]

Learn about emotional regulation. Learning to manage your emotions is another important part of becoming emotionally and mentally strong. You may not be able to control what life throws at you, but you always have a choice about how you react.[5] Again, this is something that is not innate; anyone can learn to manage his or her emotions productively.[6]

Identify specific areas that you would like to change. Before you can build up your mental and emotional strength, you will need to take an inventory of your strengths and challenges to determine what you would like to change. Make a list of as many of your strengths and challenges as you can think of. Once you have finished your list, figure out how to turn each of your challenges into a goal that you can work towards.
For example, you might have included on your list of challenges that you have difficulty asserting your needs. If you want to work on this issue, you would say that your goal is to become more assertive.[7]

Acknowledge your strengths. In addition to identifying areas for change, you should take time to celebrate your strengths. Read through the list of your strengths and congratulate yourself for these positive traits. Giving yourself a little pat on the back now and then will help you to stay focused on your positive qualities and help build up your mental and emotional strength.[8]

Consider your past experiences. The reason why you might be feeling like you lack mental or emotional strength may be linked to something that happened to you in the past. Whether this thing happened just a few months ago or when you were very young, it may be affecting your mental and emotional strength. Research has shown that children who are abused, neglected, or otherwise endangered are more likely have emotional and mental issues, which may cause them to abuse drugs or attempt suicide.[9]
Try to determine if negative childhood experiences may be contributing to your mental and emotional states. Consider how and why those experiences may have affected you the way that they have.
You may need to talk to a therapist about your childhood experiences in order to fully understand them, deal with them, and move on.

Determine if you have an addiction that requires treatment. An addiction to drugs, alcohol, sex, or something else may be damaging your mental and emotional strength. If you think that you are addicted to something, seek help to get rid of your bad habits. You may require treatment if your addiction is severe. Talk to a therapist or a doctor if you think that an addiction may be damaging your mental and emotional strength.
